Changing Behaviour

If you’re making a change to an old habit (turning off the tap while brushing your teeth, checking tire pressure when you fill your car), its worth thinking about this.

Are you pushed to do this because you’re disciplined or motivated?

If, like me, motivation is more powerful – make sure you surround yourself with things that motivate you!

It sounds simple, but just reading newspapers, watching the news and talking to the same people can actually make you feel disempowered and uninspired.

Seek positive and inspirational stories, learn about successes and find others who are changing their world.
